A Norfolk hotel has been named one of the UK's 20 best for the great outdoors.
The Gin Trap Inn in Ringstead was included in the ranking by the Good Food Guide.
The coaching inn has been welcoming guests since 1668 but has undergone a transformation since David Lamyman became its director in May 2019.
He brought in Gareth Rayner as chef-patron in 2022 and its restaurant has since been awarded three AA Rosettes for culinary excellence.
Mr Rayner was also named 'Chef of the Year' at the Norfolk Food and Drink Awards in 2023.

The Gin Trap Inn's accommodation won the Pubs with Rooms Hotel of the Year category at The Times and Sunday Times Best Places to Stay awards in March 2024.
For lovers of the outdoors, the venue sits just a short hop from the north Norfolk coast at Hunstanton.
The Holkham, Sandringham and Houghton Estates and the Snettisham and Sculthorpe Moor nature reserves are also close by.
The inn itself has a Mediterranean-inspired garden on site.
Dogs are welcome in some of the rooms.
