Two people and a dog were rescued after becoming stranded off the north Norfolk coast.
The trio became cut off by the incoming tide near the harbour entrance at Wells-next-the-Sea at around 12.30pm on Tuesday.
They were visible from the boathouse and the Wells RNLI crew launched their D class lifeboat which reached the group minutes later.
The people were unharmed and did not require medical assistance.

Chris Hardy, RNLI lifeboat operations manager, said: "Getting cut off by the tide at this time of the year can be particularly dangerous due to the increased risk of cold water shock.
"If you are cut off by the tide call 999 and ask for the Coastguard. Please check tide times before heading out.
"We're pleased that this rescue was straight forward and all was well but to avoid getting caught out by the tide please check the tide times before setting out along the coast.
"It is essential to be back on the main part of the beach where the sand is dry and soft at least four hours before high tide to prevent being cut off."
