A town centre shop is set to go under the hammer.
Located in North Walsham, the grade II listed building is currently let to an estate and letting agent and adjoins other established local businesses.
The Market Place building backs out onto the historic St Nicholas church.
The premises will be put up for online auction by Auction House East Anglia.

The current guide price for the shop is £70,000 to £90,000.
The auction is set to take place Wednesday, December 11 at 11am.
