A housing development near the Norfolk coast is edging towards completion with only two months to go.
A dozen new affordable rent homes near Wells-next-the-Sea are expected to be completed in January.
Flagship Homes is currently building 12 new homes on land east of Stiffkey Road in Warham.
The twelve homes are the latest development site in the village, which has a population of less than 210 according to a 2021 census.
News of the development's progress comes as Wells-next-the-Sea is set to get an additional 47 homes after a planning application submitted by Holkham Estate was approved.
It also follows North Norfolk District Council's decision to approve its Local Plan, which sets out where 9,500 homes can be built across the district in the next 20 years.
Stephen Jones, Flagship Homes senior project manager, said: "It's been such a pleasure to see this project coming together, and we're excited to provide more high-quality homes for local residents.
Representatives from NNDC and Homes for Wells recently toured the site, which has a mix of two-bedroom bungalows and two and three-bedroom houses.
Wendy Fredricks, councillor and NNDC's deputy leader, said: "I am really thrilled about seeing these fantastic houses being built in this community.
"These homes are really beautiful to look at and are set up for families to thrive."
Lynn Burdon, chair of Homes for Wells, said: "It's an amazing development.
"It will be great to see 12 local families housed here in their wonderful new homes in this lovely village."
