Lifeboat and Coastguard crews rushed to the aid of a man in distress on a beach in north Norfolk.
RNLI Happisburgh and the Bacton Coastguard crews were called away from their dinner to help a man struggling on the beach.
The teams moved up the coast and passed the village church where they found the man feeling unwell.
The Coastguard crews then gave him oxygen and with the help of the RNLI checked him over.

Due to the difficult road access, it was decided to get the man to safety via the sea.
He was taken to the lifeboat station where they continued to provide care before an ambulance arrived at 7.30pm on Wednesday.
Helmsman Chris Risby said: "I’m proud of my crew who were all exceptional during the whole shout and very proud of their casualty care and compassion.
"Putting their extensive training into action to save lives at sea. We are all on call 24/7."
