A property with a café and apartment near a town's marketplace is up for auction.
Five Oak Street, in Fakenham, will be going under the hammer next month.
The grade-II listed mid terrace property, with freehold tenure, includes a café and self-contained maisonette with one bedroom.
Taylor's Café, which is let at £13,000 per year, was taken over by James and Garry Platten in September this year.
The father and son duo are the third owners of Taylor's Café, which opened in 2017.
However, the property's ground floor is believed to have been a café since the late 1990s when the Dancing Goat opened.
The café is divided into two parts, with a lounge, snug and two rest rooms on the lower ground floor, with the main seating area, servery and kitchen located above.
The maisonette is structured similarly, with the kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and one bedroom on the second.
The property will be auctioned on December 11 at 11am.
