If the plans are approved, Carlton and Melton House will become a two-bedroom house and two apartments.
Then, just 40 metres away, Bank House could also be transformed into three apartments, with the ground floor remaining for commercial purposes.

The properties earmarked for the development are on either end of Reepham's marketplace.
The town's square has been described in a Conservation Area Appraisal, produced by Broadland District Council, as having "all the ingredients of the best traditional townscape".
The council said: "First and foremost, it is an enclosed space, with solidly built up sides and with the exits not fully visible from within the space.
"The sides of the space are all totally irregular; there are no right angles or parallel lines, so the space is all the time opening out or being squeezed in."
The Original Holding Company is the applicant responsible for both plans.
