A row of quayside shops is up for sale in a Norfolk town.
The complex, part of the Quayside Court development, overlooks the harbour in Wells-next-the-Sea.
The three shops, built in 2014, are currently let out to Wills of Wells coffee house, an art gallery, and Wet Dog, a surf business that is also up for sale and has a second shop in Cromer.

The lot is set go under the hammer via an online auction on December 11, with a guide price of £400,000.
According to the agent, Auction House, the combined letting of the shops turns over £42,000 per year.
