A row of quayside shops is up for sale in a Norfolk town.

The complex, part of the Quayside Court development, overlooks the harbour in Wells-next-the-Sea.

The three shops, built in 2014, are currently let out to Wills of Wells coffee house, an art gallery, and Wet Dog, a surf business that is also up for sale and has a second shop in Cromer.
