New measures to clamp down on anti-social behaviour by motorists - such as "street racing, stunts and engine revving" - are set to be introduced.
North Norfolk District Council is proposing the introduction of four new public space protection orders at Cromer, Stalham, Fakenham and North Walsham.
These would target 'inconsiderate and inappropriate vehicle use' including "unnecessary use of the horn, amplified music and threatening behaviour".

Tim Adams, council leader said: "It's about having a more uniform approach across the county, we have been asked to do so by the police.
"We have low level ongoing issues, which are quite regular in certain locations.
"We also have bigger car meet ups, which are not necessarily a bad thing, but there are a few who spoil it for others.
