A community archive has launched its tenth calendar.

The North Walsham and District Community Archive has announced the arrival of its 10th calendar in the series.

The calendars are available for £5 each, thanks to the backing of local advertisers.

The profits from previous calendars have been pivotal in helping the archive acquire and preserve more historic photographs of the town, some of which are included in the new calendar.

The calendar also includes significant local dates, in collaboration with other community groups and organisations.

It is now available in multiple North Walsham shops, including Colin's Sweetshop and Sam's Pets, Swallows Coffee Shop, The Heritage Centre, The Community Shop, and Penney's Flowers and Crafts at Wroxham Barns.

The archive is run by dedicated volunteers and has been operating for over 17 years.

The group focuses on collecting, safeguarding, and sharing photographs of local interest.

The money raised from calendar sales supports these efforts.

The archive also shares its collection via the official town guide, on social media, through local newspapers, and at annual exhibitions in St Benet's Hall each August.

The North Walsham and District Community Archive has a Facebook group boasting over 10,000 members.
