A restaurant tucked away in an upmarket North Norfolk town has come up for sale.
The building located at Lees Yard in Holt is a "fully equipped and licensed restaurant premises" that previously housed the award-winning Snug café and bistro, which closed its doors earlier this year.
The agent Spalding and Co says: "There is a sheltered courtyard area and two storey restaurant accommodation in a detached character building.
"The premises was previously laid out for about 30 covers on two floors."
