The Met Office has issued another yellow weather warning for rain for parts of Norfolk.

Parts of west Norfolk - including King's Lynn, Watton and Attleborough - will face heavy rain between 6am and 4pm on Tuesday.

It follows a different yellow warning for rain, which was in place over north Norfolk between 8am on Monday and 3pm on Tuesday.

A Met Office spokesman explained: "An area of rain is expected to develop later this morning across the north of the warning area, before spreading south, while turning heavy in places.

"Much of the warning area will see 15-20 mm of rain, with a few places seeing 30-40 mm.

"While these totals are not unusual for the time of year, given recent very wet weather some impacts and disruption are more likely than normal.

"Rain will ease across the north of the warning area through early afternoon, before clearing the south of the warning area by Tuesday evening.

They added this is likely to affect rail and bus services and cause roads to flood.

Some homes and businesses are at risk of flooding and disruption to power services is possible.
