A top chef has announced his latest supper club evening, with the end goal of opening a fish restaurant in Norfolk.
Elliot Ketley launched the Hello Sailor Supper Club in August with sold-out events at the North Norfolk Cellars in Wells and M's of Aylsham in his hometown.
He recently left his role as executive chef at Sculthorpe Mill, near Fakenham, which was added to The Michelin Guide during his time there.

The next Hello Sailor Supper Club event will take place at Little Massingham Manor on Saturday, October 19 from 6pm.
The four-course menu will utilise produce from the Norfolk coastline, including crab, lobster and mackerel.
For the first time, Mr Ketley will be joined by co-host Ashley Mullenger, also known as 'The Female Fisherman'.

Mr Ketley said: "She fishes out of Wells Harbour and is a force of nature - she has also written a book."
Speaking about his long-term plans, he added: "I eventually want a restaurant and there is a gap in the market for a place where people can enjoy great quality fish in a refined setting at a palatable price."
Supper club tickets cost £95pp including a cocktail, with the full menu posted on Instagram @hellosailor2024
