A new housing development will be built in a market town in the Broads.
R. P. Shearwood Builders Ltd has been given permission to build eight houses on a parcel of land to the north of Old Baker's Yard off High Street in Stalham.
The scheme will be a mix of two-storey semi-detached houses and detached houses.

A document supporting the application stated the developer intends to retain the houses for rental purposes but that this could change.
The application was supported by Stalham Town Council and had faced two objections from residents.
