A former poultry farmer is hoping its a case of third time lucky with a bid to convert an empty barn into housing.
North Norfolk District Council is looking at plans for the change of use of an agricultural building at Brick Kiln Farm on Edgar Road in Walsingham.
Under the proposed scheme the outbuilding, which used to house poultry, would be transfomed into four houses.
A document submitted with the application says the bid would provide four "much-needed" two-bedroom houses.

It also says the applicant stopped chicken farming on the site after it became unviable due to "rapidly increasing overheads".
In 2019, the council refused plans to demolish all the poultry buildings on site and the construction of four houses.

In February this year, the applicant withdrew an application for the change of use of the barn to four houses following concerns from the planning officer.
The applicant says they have now addressed those concerns in the current, revised application.
A decision is expected by September 4.
