A bid to extend a bungalow is facing objections from a neighbour and a town council.

Broadland District Council is looking at plans for a single storey extension to a house on Swan Close in Aylsham.

Another resident said the property has increased in size by about 50pc of the original footprint since it was purchased.

"Any further expansion of the house would not be in keeping with the rest of the estate," they said.

Aylsham Town Council is also objecting over concerns about "overdevelopment".
