Sheringham was recently named one of the best places to live in the country by The Sunday Times.
The seaside town was praised as a year-round "sweet spot on the Norfolk coast" with a "blue flag beach and serious social scene".
With the coast, the Broads and Norwich all in reach of Sheringham, the publication raised the question: "Where else has Morris dancing, a steam train and hosts its own Viking festival that concludes with the burning of a longship? "
But how much can you get for your money living in Sheringham?
An apartment listed for £345,000 by Sowerbys shows what life could be like in a town which “embodies the beauty of coastal living combined with historical charm".
The apartment is in a refurbished Victorian-era property called The Strand which is just a stone’s throw away from the beach.
A grand entrance hall leads up to The Bure apartment which offers an open-plan living space, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Features in the property include oak-style flooring, solid quartz kitchen work surfaces and four-panel Victorian-inspired doors.
The first-floor apartment has a "coastal feel" and has glimpses of the sea from the living area.
Sowerbys claims the home would suit "those looking for idyllic seaside living with all the components of daily life reachable on foot".
