This Norfolk village is one of the most expensive in the country with the average detached house price setting you back a £1m - but what does a property half the price get you?
Burnham Market on the north Norfolk coast has been given the title "Chelsea-on-sea" after a flock of wealthy Londoners, as well as some well-known celebrities such as Stephen Fry, Amanda Holden and Anneka Rice, moved to the area.
With £1m out of many budgets, here is what a home half that price will get you.

The property, currently run as a holiday let, is decorated in brick and flint capturing the essence of the 17th-century village.
Downstairs Rose Cottage is divided between a country-styled kitchen/diner and a family lounge, both complete with views out on to the village.
Upstairs is home to two double rooms, one double and one twin, that share the views over the playing fields.
