Next year’s North Norfolk Walking Festival will be “much bigger” following the success of this year’s event.
The festival saw 132 people take part in at least one of more than 20 organised walks held around the district over 10 days in September.
It was organised by North Norfolk Outdoor Fitness in association with North Norfolk District Council.
An alpaca and a history walk were the most popular single events, and many other walks were sold out.
Anita Lusher, who was behind the event, said: "I organised the first North Norfolk walking festival as I wanted to share the love of walking with as many people as I could.
"We had a great variety of different walks catering for all.
“Several local organisations and businesses took part and it was a great success.
"I am hoping to make next year's walking festival much bigger.”
