A ‘hidden gem’ in a north Norfolk market has won a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice award.
The Snug Café and Bistro in Holt’s Lees Yard received the award for consistently getting excellent reviews from customers on TripAdvisor – being placed in the top 10pc of businesses listed on the travel review website.
Owner Paul Rogers said he was “ecstatic” to receive the award.
“We really try to push our customer service and customer experience,” he said.
“My staff are absolutely brilliant and you’re only as good as your team.
“Our customers are constantly commenting on how good they are, so I’ve been lucky to work with them and to have such quality people walk through the door.”
