A buyer has been found for a north Norfolk dentist, which will offer places to NHS patients.
Bupa Dental Care North Walsham was put up for sale earlier this year after the private healthcare provider announced it would close, sell or merge 85 of its 475 practices in the UK and Ireland.
Bupa said the decision was made due to a national dentist shortage and increased costs caused by inflation.
Now, The Dental Design Studio is set to purchase the Market Place practice.

Dr Jeff Sherer, clinical director at The Dental Design Studio, said: “We are very excited to be acquiring the dental practice in North Walsham.
“There is still a bit of time to go as we still need approval from various organisations such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the NHS - and we need to arrange a new lease for the property.
“We hope that the purchase will be completed before the end of this year.
“Once we have the practice, we look forward to being able to provide NHS and private dental services to the town and wider community.”
The Dental Design Studio is a group of 20 dental practices owned by Dr Sherer and Dr Larry Levin, who bought their first practice in the region in 2010.
Bupa Dental Care said it "worked hard" to find a buyer and is pleased The Dental Design Studio will continue NHS dental services for patients in the community.

North Norfolk MP Duncan Baker said The Dental Design Studio is a "perfect fit" for the town.
"I’m delighted that we have found a buyer for the Bupa Dental Practice in North Walsham," he said.
"I have campaigned endlessly to make sure a buyer was found who will be committed to providing NHS services."
Bupa Dental Care remains open as usual.
