The home of a once large local employer in North Walsham is up for sale for £1.2m.
Robertson House, off Laundry Loke on the town's industrial estate, is owned by East Coast Plastics Ltd.
The company manufactures and supplies a range of plastic products including stationary and packaging.
East Coast built the facility in the 1960s and has owned the 41,592 sq ft site ever since.

The site has been listed on the market by Norwich-based Roche Chartered Surveyors.
Its description says it is "a light industrial facility and large former manufacturing site comprising of workshop and warehouse accommodation with an office block and staff facilities".
There is also forecourt parking, a rear yard and potential expansion or development land.
Roche said he had already received two offers for the site since the listing went public in June.
