A coastal cafe has closed before the busy summer season to spruce up its interior and give its staff a well-deserved rest.
The Rocket House Cafe in Cromer, owned by Robbie Kirtley, is closed until next week.
The decision was made as the business gears up for an influx of visitors and holidaymakers.
Mr Kirtley said: "It's so hard to replace staff, and they're the most important part of the business.
"We hope that giving them rest and plenty of breaks will improve the wellbeing of everyone that works here".

The cafe is also undergoing some maintenance work during the break, creating an impressive sliding door opening onto the balcony which is being used more regularly for functions and weddings.
Mr Kirtley added: "We've always had a massive local following and everyone's been really understanding, hospitality workers have a life too and sometimes people forget that."
The cafe will reopen to visitors on Monday, June 19.
