A father and daughter were rescued after being pulled out to sea by a rip current.
The two were swimming at Sea Palling Beach on Sunday (June 11), when they were caught in the dangerous current.
The father was reported to have had his daughter on his back which was forcing him under the water.

RNLI lifeguards Tom Owen and Greta Balfour responded quickly to the scene, safely bringing them to the shore where they received medical assistance.
A spokesman for the RNLI said: "Rip currents occur when the tide comes in.
"They are fast and happen so quickly that it is easy to get caught in them.
"RNLI lifeguards remind beachgoers to always visit a lifeguarded beach and only swim between the red and yellow flags."

A woman with an injured leg was also rescued from Sea Palling at around 3pm on Saturday (June 10).
The lifeguard unit on the sea wall worked in coordination with Bacton Coastguard to treat the woman and get her to an ambulance.
The RNLI encourages beachgoers to ask lifeguards for help no matter the scale of the incident by calling 999 or 112 for the Coastguard.
