A battalion of community groups, armed forces associations, historical organisations and others will come together for an event near the north Norfolk coast.
The Northrepps ‘Poppyland’ branch of the Royal British Legion will host an Armed Forces Day event at the village hall and recreation field from 10am to 4pm.
Lorna Fish, branch chairman, said: “Our branch is honoured to be holding this event when we salute and thank our servicemen and servicewomen for keeping us all safe.
"We are overwhelmed at the wonderful support that we are receiving this year.”
There will be exhibitions by four RBL branches, the Royal Naval Association and the Armed Forces Veterans Breakfast Club.
They will be joined by the Blind Veterans Association, the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and more.
The Norfolk Military Vehicle Group, John Steel’s weapons display, a toy soldiers display and an art cadets’ simulator will also be there.
The band Timescape will perform on a stage, and there will be a flypast of aircraft from Northrepps Aerodrome.
There will be a bar, cafe and food available, and admission is free.
