A foodbank in north Norfolk is launching face-to-face advice sessions to help people struggling with the cost of living to 'get back on their feet'.
North Norfolk Foodbank has confirmed that people visiting their centres in Cromer, Stalham and Aylsham will be able to have consultations with a Citizens Advice officer.
Tim Morton, director of the charity, said: "We are delighted to announce that, thanks to a generous grant from Trussell Trust, we have been able to work with Citizens Advice to recruit an adviser for four days a week."
Signposting people in the right direction for help is just as important as giving people food, he said.
"This will help people get back on their feet," he added.

Before the pandemic, the charity had advisers working at their centres but due to Covid, ill health and other commitments, it had not been able to restore the service until now.
The sessions will return to Aylsham Community Church, in the Jubilee Centre on Norwich Road, every Wednesday morning from March 29, with face-to-face appointments from 9am to midday.
In Cromer, appointments will take place at the Community Café in Cromer Methodist Church Hall on West Street on Thursdays, starting March 23, from 10.30am to midday, and then at North Norfolk Foodbank distribution centre from 1.30pm to 3pm at the same address.
Stalham Foodbank distribution centre, at The Stables in Stalham Baptist Church on High St, will host appointments from 1pm to 3pm every Friday starting March 24.
People seeking advice can turn up at the appropriate time and will either get to see the adviser then or arrangements will be made for an appointment at another time.
The adviser will also be available for face-to-face or phone consultations at Cromer Methodist Church Hall on Tuesdays from 10am to midday.
