A family-run bakery business has opened a new branch in north Norfolk.
The new Craft Bakery shop opened its doors to customers in North Walsham's Market Place on Saturday, January 21.
Laura and Paul Thomas, both 39, own and operate Craft Bakery stores in Cromer and Sheringham, as well as coffee and cake shop Huckleberries in Cromer.
Laura said the move to open a branch in North Walsham happened quite naturally.
She explained: "The previous shop in the space was also a bakery that we have supplied for years, and said when the owner retired we would be interested in taking over from her."
Undeterred by the current economic climate, she said: "Since Covid, the idea of shopping locally and supporting small businesses has really stuck with people."
The opening day was a success, with Laura adding: "It was amazing, there were queues out of the door."
