A fully kitted-out seaside restaurant offering views of the north Norfolk coast is available to lease.
Sat on the seafront in Beach Road, Mundesley, the restaurant premises are described as "a great opportunity for anyone looking to simply step in and start trading".
After being fully refitted around 18 months ago, the premises are equipped with a full barista coffee machine, commercial-grade cookers, bar area, beer pump, tables and chairs and crockery and glasses.
The seaside restaurant and holiday home were bought at auction by property company NG Properties Norfolk in November, after the former View Restaurant closed back in August.
View Restaurant originally opened in the summer of 2021, following a "huge" refurbishment to modernise the building - which also included the two two-bed flats above.
Despite a "fantastic" first year, the previous owners had to let it go due to personal circumstances.
The restaurant can accommodate up to 60 covers and includes an outdoor seating area.
Co-owner of the previous restaurant, Carly Williamson, said: "Being a seaside location, you need to bring the crowds in the winter but there is plenty of potential and a lot of people were really sad to see us close.
"I just hope it goes to somebody who loves it as much as I do and can continue our vision."
