North Norfolk has been named one of the best holiday destinations in the world for 2023.
Tourists could soon be flocking to the county after it was listed as one of The Times' 76 top holiday spots for the year.
North Norfolk was included among exotic, far-flung places such as the Maldives, Nepal and Costa Rica.
Described by The Times as "one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth", North Norfolk's coastline plays host to millions of overwintering bird species, with bird-watching hotspots Salthouse and Blakeney receiving special mentions from the publication.
Other UK holiday and activity picks included hiking in the Lake District, wild camping in Dorset, and a scenic 500-mile road trip in Scotland.
It comes after Norfolk was named one of the best counties in England by The Telegraph.
Norfolk received high praise for its sandy beaches, the Broads and nature reserves.
