Helping older people to get active, happy and healthy is the goal of a new partnership between Cromer Tennis Club and Active Norfolk.
The coastal club is hosting racketball and table tennis courses as part of the programme, which aims to promote health and wellbeing.
Henry Geaves is coaching the courses in racketball, which is played on a squash court with bouncier balls and shorter rackets.
He said: “By coming on this course you can meet other people, take some gentle exercise, and gain an introduction to racketball - even if you have never played before.”
Jan Fuller, who is hosting the table tennis sessions, added: "I want people to have fun, have a chat and get an introduction to table tennis.
"Hopefully, they may want to take it up as a permanent form of exercise.”
The racketball course starts on January 10. To book, email geavesie16@hotmail.com or call 07498 061 671.
The table tennis course starts on January 12 at 2pm. Email jan.d.fuller@outlook.com to enrol.
Both courses last 12 weeks and cost £5 per session.
