With their black faces and shaggy woolen coats they make a cute addition to any farm.

And now four orphaned male Valais Blacknose lambs are calling Wroxham Barns home.

Ben Marshall, general manager of the visitor farm, said: “We are thrilled to welcome our new rare breed lambs who are settling in very well.

"We are also delighted to be able to re-open junior farm every day from January 16 until November and look forward to seeing many visitors during the week as well as weekends who can come and meet our newest friends."

Valais Blacknose is a rare breed from Switzerland. Wroxham Barns' new additions come from Cannon Hall Farm in Yorkshire, which is featured on the Channel 5 series Springtime on the Farm.

People can visit the lambs as part of the Barns' 'Christmas experience', or suggest names for them on the attraction's Facebook page.
