Thousands of people living in the Broadland constituency could find themselves voting for a North Norfolk MP in the next general election.
The Boundary Commission for England is redrawing the country’s electoral map to ensure each constituency has roughly the same number of electors - between 69,724 and 77,062.
One of the changes the commission is proposing is to move the parishes of Gunthorpe, Thursford, Wighton, Briningham and Melton Constable from the Broadland constituency to North Norfolk.
These parishes are already served by North Norfolk District Council under Stody and Priory wards.

But the changes only apply to parliamentary elections and are not intended to affect things at the district or parish level.
The commission also proposes changing the name of the Broadland constituency to Broadland and Fakenham.
