From festive fireworks to a performance of 'Elf', here are some of the biggest Christmas light switch-on events happening across north Norfolk this year.
1. Cromer
Where: Cromer Church, Church Street, Cromer, NR27 9HH
When: Saturday, December 3, 5.45pm
The Cromer Christmas lights switch-on is one of the biggest in Norfolk and you can also combine it with a trip to the beach and walk along the pier.
There will also be a Christmas market on the day and a whole host of festive activities taking place over the weekend.
2. Mundesley
Where: Station Road
When: Sunday, November 27, 2pm-6pm
A Christmas Fayre will include craft stalls, food stalls, a children's entertainment tent, live music from In The Swing and Lauren, storytelling by Chris Rondel, Santa's Grotto, and carols around the Christmas tree.
3. Sheringham
Where: High Street
When: Sunday, November 27, 4.45pm
The town's Carnival Committee has announced the lights are already in place and the High Street will be closed from the clock tower down to Wyndham Street.
This year will see a selection of new motifs as well as some old favourites.
The Christmas tree will be sited in its traditional position near the clock tower, while Stubby’s Pizza will be open, offering mulled wine and more.
4. North Walsham
Where: Market Place
When: Saturday, November 26, 6pm
Full details are yet to be announced on the event's Facebook page.
The lights are completely funded from grants, donations from traders, stall ground fees on the switch-on day and donations via collection buckets.

5. Aylsham
Where: Market Place
When: Friday, November 25, 5pm
There will be stalls selling street food, live music from Sons of Mark, a perfomance of 'Elf' by students of Aylsham High School, Vocalights Choir, Santa's Grotto in Eclipse Hair Studio. a Christmas tree festival in St Michael's Parish Church and late night shopping in local shops.
6. Holt
Where: High Street
When: Friday, November 18, 3pm
The Holt Christmas festival kicks off with a Santa's grotto at Bakers and Larners from 3pm.
There will then be live entertainment on the High Street from 5pm, followed by the panto horse race at 5.45pm and Santa's parade at 6.30pm.
The switch-on is scheduled for 7pm, which will be accompanied by fireworks and followed by a performance from party band The Walks.
