From road closures to alcohol licenses, organisations across Norfolk have posted dozens of public notices over the last few weeks.

Here are five you should be aware of this week.

1. Alcohol license for city business

Maxipoli Plus Limited has applied to Norwich City Council for an alcohol license for the Maxipoli shop at 189 - 191 Plumstead Road, Norwich.

This is to permit the sale of alcohol to drink off the premises from 8am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.

2. Claims to the estate of Peter Ernest Keeler

Anybody having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Peter Ernest Keeler of 4 Rossons Road in Taverham, who died on August 18, is asked to send a written notice to the address below on or before March 10.

After this date, the estate will be distributed as per the notices received.

This notice was issued by Cohen Knights LLP St Georges Works, 51 Colegate, Norwich NR3 1DD.

3. Temporary road closures

Temporary closures are planned for parts of Peto Way and Fire Lane in Lowestoft.

This is to allow teams to install power cables in the area until work can be completed on March 15.

Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period and access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.

The diversion route will be the A47, the A1144 and vice versa.

4. City area to be "stopped up"

The Secretary of State gives notice of the proposal to "stop up" an irregularly shaped eastern and northern part of Shipfield in New Catton.

The term "stopping up" means that highway land ceases to be a highway and is usually proposed to allow development to take place.

If authorised, the stopping up would enable development to be carried out should planning permission be granted by Norwich City Council.

5. Building alterations

Applications were received earlier this month to make alterations to several buildings and homes in east and north Norfolk.
